The Overbrook Community Association (OCA) recognizes and respects the privacy of residents and volunteers and is committed to keeping personal information confidential and private.
OCA collects personal identifying information directly from residents for purposes of informing and engaging residents on neighbourhood matters; facilitating volunteer coordination; and providing assistance to residents.
Residents and volunteers consent by choosing to provide the information either through electronic means (e.g. website, Facebook, email), by telephone or in person at events.
Information collected is limited to the purposes identified at the time of collection and we will only keep it as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes.
OCA does not share a resident’s information with third parties without permission from the resident and does not sell, rent or trade contact lists.
