Plans for multi-use pathway in St. Paul’s Park

Dear Overbrook and Castle Heights residents,

When I visited St. Paul’s Park this past spring, it was clear from the worn foot path through the grass between Moorvale and Donald Streets that this was a path well-traveled and in need of improvement. Following conversations with community members and the Overbrook Community Association Planning and Development Committee, the desire for a more formal pathway (one with less mud) and welcoming entryways to the park was clear.

As a result, I have been working with City Staff to develop a preliminary concept for a multi-use pathway through the park and I would like to invite you to come and see the draft plan and share your thoughts on this concept. Drop in on February 8, 2016 between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at Heartwood House, 400 MacArthur Avenue. If you are not able to attend but would like to view an electronic version of the plan and provide feedback, please contact my office.
