What is your opinion on infill developments in Overbrook?

At the OCA meeting at 7 pm, Thursday, 18 July an overview of the City’s draft Official Plan will be presented, with an emphasis on Infill Design Guidelines. Residents have a small window of opportunity to have input to this Plan before it is finalized.

In my idea, it will be good to invite the young tenants at 255 Donald to give their ideas about overbrook. What they need to see in their community. The young who lost their identities and the purpose of living.
Hold the hands of the people in need.
    Thanks,

There needs to be a deadline for how long construction can take for infill developments. The guy on Queen Mary with the grey stone/cement house has been working on his home forever and it just creates a never ending coming and going of different contractors who are all obnoxious and play music way too loud and start working way before 7.
Also, who approved the three floor rental monstrosity a little further down the road? Overbrook/Vanier has enough rental units…to turn it into a community that isn’t transient in nature, we need more duplexes and single home units.
